The outcomes of the project will include both organisational results concerning the performance of individual activities at different stages of project execution (i.e. preparation, management, dissemination). The main outcome will be a compendium of good practices in the field of business models design and implementation. The compendium will present the results of case study analyses and surveys conducted in the project, but also will contain a word bank and a bank of exercises concerning the design and practical application of business models.
